You will receive an email immediately after purchase with a secure download link. Click the link to access your documents — no account required, no waiting. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

Documents are provided as Microsoft Word (.docx) files and Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files where applicable. Both formats are fully editable so you can add your logo, update company details, and adapt the content to your specific workplace.

Yes — that’s exactly what they are designed for. Every document is fully editable. You adapt the language, insert your company name, and adjust the content to match your specific policies, awards, or enterprise agreements. The structure and legal framework are already built in.

No. Each document is written so that a manager or business owner can pick it up and use it without HR training. Where a process has a sequence of steps — like an exit or an investigation — we include guidance on what to do and when. If you hit a situation that needs specialist advice, we’ll tell you to seek it.

No. Every purchase is a one-time payment. You pay once and the documents are yours. There are no monthly fees, no renewals, and no account to maintain. If we update a document you’ve purchased due to a law change, we’ll let you know.

Yes. Once you purchase a document or bundle, you can use it across your entire workforce for as long as you operate the business. There are no per-employee or per-use restrictions.

Your files are delivered by email immediately after your payment is confirmed. The email contains a secure link to download your documents. If you purchased a bundle, all documents are included in a single download. Keep the email so you can re-download if needed.
